Lotte Hotel Seoul Executive Tower

We loved the hotel's great location, as it was close to all areas of interest and within walking distance to the Myeongdong area. The hotel facilities were great, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel was perfect.

The hotel was really nice in every aspect. The check-in and check-out process was quick and comfortable, and the staff provided perfect service throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious with amazing views and luxurious amenities. The small touches like bath teabags and bath salt were excellent. We also had an excellent in-room massage, which added to the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its really good service, cleanliness, and attention to detail.

This hotel is simply outstanding! The location cannot be beat, with the Lotte department store and the vibrant Myeongdong area just a short walk away. You'll never run out of options for music and entertainment here. The rooms are impeccably clean and comfortable, and the staff is always friendly and ready to assist you. Plus, the breakfast spread is delicious and offers a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate. Not to mention, the stunning views from certain rooms will take your breath away.

The hotel could improve on providing basic amenities like toothbrushes and water boilers in the rooms.

Luxurious amenities were provided at this hotel. I truly enjoyed the exclusive facilities such as the Spa & wellness centre, Indoor swimming pool, Sauna, and Massage services. the Restaurant offered excellent food, and the Bar/ Lounge area served amazing drinks. I also loved the private facilities in the room like In-room breakfast.

The only minor issue I had was the lack of seating in the lobby area. the hotel should provide sofas or chairs in the lobby to sit while waiting for car service or luggage.

The beds were so comfy, I slept like a baby! The room design was sleek and modern, I loved the layout. Plus, the staff were super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests.

I was really disappointed with the room service prices, they were sky-high! And to make matters worse, the breakfast situation was a nightmare.

As business guests, we loved the impeccable service and quick check-in/check-out process. The rooms were spacious with stunning views, and the amenities were top-rated. The bath teabags and bath salt provided a luxurious touch. The in-room massage, done by a blind person, was excellent. the hotel provided a super luxury experience.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel oozed luxury. Our room was so spacious and had exclusive amenities like a comfy loveseat and a large bathtub with bath salts and bubbles. the staff was very helpful, providing great service and offering an in-room breakfast. the hotel also has a Spa & Wellness Centre with a sauna, a large indoor swimming pool, and a nice restaurant that offers special diet menus. the location was great and we were able to walk to all the key sights and shopping areas.

There is really only one minor issue: the bar/lounge area seemed a bit small and limited compared to the rest of the hotel's offerings. It would have been nice to have a wider selection of drinks or some private facilities, but this is hardly a dealbreaker.

Great location, spacious rooms, excellent staff, wonderful service, comfortable beds.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
